Types of Settlement

1. For NO Return Items

We will settle the transaction amount 1-3 days of your products arriving to our warehouse or to the customer.

1. For 7 Days Return Items

We will settle the transaction amount 7-10 days upon the customer receives the product.

1. For 14 Days Return Items

We will settle the transaction amount 14-17 days upon the customer receives the product.

Vendors are free to set their own return policy, it is located in the "Create Product" section.

Customers are able to view the return policy on each of every product listed on our platform
